PTS provided Construction Management Services for the Pleasant Valley Subdivision Road and Drainage Improvements – Phase 1B.

PTS is assisting the City of Valdez with updating its Standard Construction Specifications.

PTS provided Project Administration and Construction Management services on several projects at the Port of Alaska.

PTS provided topographic survey, project scoping assistance, civil engineering, and construction inspection services for the Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) Becharof Street, Rakof to Chirikof Water Rehabilitation project.

PTS provided construction management services to assist the Municipality of Anchorage, Project Management & Engineering Department in constructing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant pedestrian routes in various locations throughout Anchorage.

PTS provided design services for the Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) E. Northern Lights Blvd Water Rehabilitation, Augustine Drive to Muldoon Road project.

PTS is providing Survey and Construction Management services for 4 road improvement projects in the City of Valdez under Pavement Management Plan Phase 1. 

PTS is continuing to work with AKDOT performing construction inspections and ensuring SWPPP compliance.

PTS was awarded a contract to provide platting services and design of improvements for the new property, including street and cul-de-sac improvements, water main extension, cold storage building, site grading and drainage, access and security, lighting and landscaping.

PTS provided inspection services to improve pedestrian facilities, including landscape buffers, walkways, and a new bus stop in the U-Med area of Anchorage.

PTS provided project management and inspection services for improvements to Yosemite Drive in Eagle River.

PTS provided project management and inspection services for upgrades to Duben Avenue between Patterson Street and Muldoon Road. Improvements included new pavement, curb and gutter, storm drain, pedestrian facilities, lighting, retaining walls on either side of the street, and associated landscaping.

PTS managed all aspects of this project, including design and construction of storm drain improvements for Yosemite Drive in Eagle River.

PTS provided project management and inspection services for drainage improvements in south Anchorage.

PTS provided survey, design study reporting, civil design, and construction inspection services for the rehabilitation of this west Anchorage arterial street.

PTS provided platting, civil design, and construction management services for an 8-lot residential development in East Anchorage.

PTS performed survey, design study reporting, and civil design services for this street and storm drain improvement project in east Anchorage. Tasks included hydraulic analysis, retaining wall design and utility conflict assessment.

PTS provided design services to replace ~2,400 lf of water main and associated services in the U-Med District of Anchorage. Work included a design study, HDD coordination at two locations beneath Chester Creek, logistics for incorporation of street/storm drain improvements, and preparation of two bid separate packages.

PTS performed a field survey, prepared a Technical Memorandum, and completed civil design and construction inspection for re-configuring the existing water distribution system to provide redundancy and improved performance in South Anchorage.
