Duben Avenue Upgrade

PTS provided project management and inspection services for upgrades to Duben Avenue between Patterson Street and Muldoon Road. Improvements included new pavement, curb and gutter, storm drain, pedestrian facilities, lighting, retaining walls on either side of the street, and associated landscaping. PTS oversaw all aspects of the project including coordinating acquisition of several Public Use Easements and Temporary Construction Easements that were required to complete this project. PTS also insured public comments and concerns were addressed by the engineering team.
