PTS provided platting, civil design, and construction management services for an 8-lot residential development in East Anchorage. Our design tasks included water and sewer mains, storm water infiltration, new asphalt, and new curb and gutter installation. Now complete, Lawhorn Estates offers mountain views and privacy on a quiet cul-de-sac near Campbell Airstrip Road.
