The Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) recently finalized a master plan for their King Street maintenance campus. The master plan recommends that AWWU purchase and expand into the property immediately to the east of the existing King Street campus. PTS has been awarded a contract to provide platting services and design of improvements for the new property, including street and cul-de-sac improvements, water main extension, site grading and drainage, access and security, lighting, and landscaping. PTS will also facilitate development permitting and assist AWWU with land purchase agreements.
