PTS is providing Survey and Construction Management services for road improvements in the City of Valdez under Pavement Management Plan, Phase 2. 

PTS completed a design survey in 2020, provided constructability reviews during the design phase and managed construction. Construction management services included contract administration, materials testing, and daily inspection during construction.

West Hanagita / Ptarmigan
The road, drainage, and utility improvement project will included the reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, storm drainpipe and structures, rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer system, replacement of 16 fire hydrants throughout the City of Valdez, installation of new streetlights, traffic signs, and markings, and a fiber-optic conduit system. This project reconstructed approximately 2,500-LF of W. Hanagita and Ptarmigan, west of Hazelet Avenue.
