Celebrating 25 years of success!

Our history is a story of success – from a humble, one-man office on Fairbanks Street,
to the incorporated firm on 15th Avenue that we are today. 

Professional and Technical Services (PTS) was founded to provide land development and property evaluation services for private entities in the early ‘90s. Encouraged by company successes and a recovering economy, we expanded to offer civil engineering and surveying services. In 1994, PTS became an Alaska corporation, and has continued to evolve – adding project management, construction management and inspection to our list of provided services.

As of 2019, we celebrate our 25th anniversary as an Alaska corporation. We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated team and our supportive clients.
